My drive and curiosity led me to Germany at the age of 19, where I delved into the realms of carefully chosen education in psychology, physical therapy, osteopathy, and naturopathy, alongside over 15 years of hands-on experience as an osteopath and coach. Through dedicated study and practice, I've created a large repertoir of various techniques to heal a wide range of functional disorders.

After almost two decades of learning and self-discovery, I made the life-changing decision to move to Mexico, all in the pursuit of creating a nurturing haven for my daughter to grow up free and healthy. Every step of my journey has been guided by personal experiences and an unyielding thirst for wisdom. At the very core of my beliefs is the deep connection between our body, mind, and spirit. I strive to dig beneath the surface, uncovering and releasing destructive patterns that stand in the way of true healing.
